You don't absolutely need a reservation, but we highly recommend one! A reservation ensures you secure the exact space you need. Plus, if you spot a great deal or low price on our website, reserving locks in that competitive rate. Otherwise, you can enjoy our Touchless Rentals™ by completing your rental entirely online, or just give us a call at our remote office and we will gladly set you up over the phone!
If you want to protect your belongings from the intense Alabama heat and humidity, climate control is the way to go! All of our enclosed units are 100% indoor and climate-controlled, meaning they maintain an ambient temperature between 50° and 80° and humidity levels between 30% and 50%. This creates the ideal environment for protecting sensitive items like electronics, furniture, clothing, and important business documents from temperature swings and moisture.
We absolutely do! In addition to our indoor units, we offer spacious, uncovered outdoor parking spaces. Whether you need a secure spot to store your weekend boat, your family RV, or an extra car, we have a variety of parking sizes available right here on Trojan Parkway.

Your peace of mind is our top priority. Store More Troy is a gated facility equipped with 24-hour security cameras, fully enclosed indoor hallways, well-lit storage units, and modern fire sprinkler protection. We also offer a Storage Protection Plan for that extra layer of confidence!
You do need a lock to secure your space, and we highly recommend a high-quality disc lock for maximum security. While you are welcome to bring your own, we love making your move-in day as smooth as possible—which is why we provide a Free Lock at Move-In for our new tenants!
Yes. For the safety of our facility, our staff, and all our tenants, the following items are strictly prohibited:
  • Combustible Materials & Firearms: Anything that easily catches fire (fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, etc.) and all firearms.
  • Living Animals or Plants: Storage spaces are not built for living things! Leaving food or soil out will attract unwanted pests.
  • Food of Any Kind: Canned, perishable, dry, or pet foods are not allowed, as they can cause pest infestations.
  • Illegal Items: If it is not legal to house it elsewhere (prohibited weapons, illicit drugs, stolen items), you cannot store it here.
